Abe Flansburg is a Principal Engineer and AI Architect based in Greater Houston, currently at Altitude Health. He owns the full lifecycle of clinical AI agent infrastructure and the data platform that supports it — agentic pipelines on Temporal, FastAPI, and BAML; canonical data models in dbt and Snowflake; LLM extraction and feature engineering for clinical decision support. With twenty years across analytics, data engineering, full-stack development, and ML, he builds the systems that make generative AI work in regulated, high-stakes domains.
